Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Brighter Tomorrow Behavioral Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in the Northern New Jersey Area! We are a small ABA agency that values and supports its employees. We service clients in the following NJ counties: Essex, Union, Passaic, Hunterdon, Morris, Somerset and Mercer. We provide our team members with ongoing training and mentorship, a collaborative work environment and competitive compensation. Compensation is based on experience and credentials. We also offer a stipend for CEUs and an online practice management software to streamline data collection/treatment plans. We are currently hiring for a part-time position.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize skills and strategies related to Applied Behavior Analysis to deliver targeted interventions to address socially significant behavior change
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans for each child to target a variety of skills including adaptive and self-care skills, play and leisure skills and language and communication skills
• Utilize behavior change strategies to decrease interfering or maladaptive behavior
• Provide family support through parent training sessions and collaborative discussions
• Share your knowledge and experience through direct supervision and training of behavior technicians

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field
• Current BCBA certification
• Demonstrated skills and experience implementing applied behavioral analysis (ABA) with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder or related disorders
• Ability to administer and interpret a variety of clinical assessments
• Commitment to handling confidential information responsibly
