Child Development Instructor (Behavior Technician) SF
Our Child Care Instructors (Behavior Technicians) are the front-line staff working directly with the children we serve under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. The Behavior Technician is responsible for running the child's treatment/lesson plan and teaching socially significant skills to improve the quality of life of the kids we serve. Such skills include communication, social/play skills, and independent living skills. Behavior Technicians will run sessions between 2 to 4 hours with a patient at our amazing clinics which include conducive learning areas such as a sensory gym, sensory room, outdoor play yard, 1:1 rooms, constructive/pretend play areas, and circle time. Behavior Technicians will have ongoing support from onsite supervisors assisting with curriculum, environmental management, and ongoing support & teaching opportunities for our Behavior Technicians.
